1. About this policy

MissionLogic Pty Ltd (ABN 39 702 667 294) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

2. What we collect

We collect only the personal information we need for our business, which may include:

  1. Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, organisation and message when you contact us by email or phone.
  2. Business contacts: names, roles and business contact details of client staff, referees, suppliers and partners.
  3. Website usage: information such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, collected through our website analytics, which does not use cookies.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information. If a client engagement requires us to handle personal information, we do so under that client’s instructions and contract.

3. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you, for example when you email us, phone us, or exchange business details with us. Website usage information is collected automatically through our website analytics tool.

4. Why we use it

We use personal information to:

  1. respond to enquiries and provide our services
  2. manage client, supplier and referee relationships
  3. understand how our website is used and improve it
  4. meet our legal, tax and contractual obligations

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website does not use cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to understand how visitors use the website. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or store information on your device. For more information, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

6. Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose it only:

  1. to service providers who help us run our business, such as our email, document storage, website hosting and analytics providers
  2. to our professional advisers, such as our accountant and lawyer, where needed
  3. where required or authorised by law

Some of these service providers may store or process information outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information is protected consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

7. Security and retention

We protect personal information with the controls in our Information Security Policy, including multi-factor authentication and encryption. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law or a contract requires, then delete or de-identify it.

8. Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing privacy (at) missionlogic.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

9. Review

This policy is reviewed at least every 12 months, and sooner if the way we handle personal information changes.
